As we are engaged in selling of products which are live plants, hand made and may be heavy products so the return facility is available with restriction. It is because frequent transit for live plants will spoil its quality and acceptability of the plants for the next customer. Beside this many of our products are fragile and heavy which bear big risk of damage while in transit. If any order we will not be able to deliver within 10 days, based on your request we will be issuing a refund.

It is to be noted that any prodcts other than live plants, will not be considered for return on spot at the time of delivery. For items like handicraft and or non- garden related products if need to be returned, in such cases customers are requested to contact us with reason and picture/video of issue with the products.

The refund need to be made for the products value and not the delivery charges if any. Refund can be made in the form of promo code or remittence can be made to the bank account as per customer choice.

No way refund will be done in the form of cash.

Returns are not accepted for the following reason.

i) Plants are without flower. We make sure to deliver you healthy plants, just nurture and soon you will have the flowers.

ii) Leaves of the plants contains the spot of water spray/mark.

iii) Plant`s leaf and flower texture and flower colour not 100% same as shown on the website/app. Plants are natural thing and comes in various varities so sometime you may see difference in actual to picture.

iv) Minor and normal difference congruity of handicraft products.
