By accessing or using our website or mobile apps available on Android and Apple play store, you agree to be bound by these terms and conditions.

If you disagree with any part of these terms, please do not use our services.

2. Content With Our Online Store

All content on our website or mobile app, including text, images, logos, and software, is protected by copyright and trademark laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or modify any content without our prior written consent.

3. Personal Information

As part of the onboarding process for shopping and browsing, following information may be collected by Treetenz Private Limited.

First and last name, email address, mobile phone number and contact details, Postal code, location, your age, gender, occupation, education, address etc. Beside personal information any behavioural information about the pages on the site and mobile apps you visit/access, the links you click on the site, the number of times you access the page and any such browsing information.

4.  Product Information

We strive to provide accurate product information, but errors may occur.

All the product images are representational in nature and should not be deemed as the same product with respect to colour, size, texture etc. to be delivered as shown with the product image.

We reserve the right to modify or discontinue selling any of the products without notice.

Any product available with an online store and checked out by customer, in certain unavoidable scenarios may not be delivered to the customer.  In such unusual cases 100% refund would be issued to the customer.

5. Eligibility

As per Indian Contract Act 1872 users must be at least 18 years of age. But at least if you have attained the age of 16 years you may use the site under the supervision of your parents/guardians.  Our services available at our sites are only available to the limited geographical area.

7. User Coducts

You agree not to use our services for any illegal or harmful purposes. You will not engage in any activity that could disrupt or interfere with our services. You will not transmit any viruses or malicious code or content into our system. You are expected to abide by the applicable law of the land.

8. Ordering and Payment

You must provide accurate and complete billing information. We reserve the right to cancel orders for any reason, including payment issues or stock shortages. Payment processing is handled by a third-party payment processor, are subject to their terms and conditions.

9. Shipping and Delivery

Shipping costs and delivery times may vary depending upon the availability of products and distance. We would be putting our best endeavour to deliver the products within 3 days in the best scenario but in some cases it may be up to 7 days. 

It is to be noted that Treetenz delivers product through thitrd party who as individual or individual on behalf of third party organisation whom Treetenz allowed to offer the delivery services to customer. Though Treetenz has made the delivery and quality check terms and condition best in favour customer but it can not be made 100% tailored as per individual customer`s choice and fulfillment criterea.

The Delivery Services he/she (delivery partner) provides will form a separate service agreement between the Delivery Partner and the User/Customer under the Consumer Protection Act of 2019 or any successor laws, to which Treetenz is not a party.

10. Returns and Refund Policy

As we are engaged in selling of products which are live plants. decoratives. handicraft and heavy products so the return facility is available with restriction. Frequent transit for live plants may spoil the quality and acceptability of plants by the next customer. Beside this many of our products may be fragile and heavy and bear big risk of damage while in transit. Considering these circumstances customers are suggested to decide on return if any due to quality or damage state of product on the spot at the time of delivery for live plants. In Case of handicraft product return approval can be availaed within 3 days of recieving the product and returns are acceptable only for the reasons: damage in transit and difference in specification of the product compared to ordered. If any order we will not be able to deliver within 10 days, based on your request we will be issuing a refund.

It is to be noted that in any case if the refund need to be made, only the products value to be refunded and not the delivery charges. Refund can be made in the form of promo code or transfer to bank account.

No way refund will be done in the form of cash.

11. Pricing

As our stocks deal with live plants which come in different colours, sizes and varieties so the same plant may have different prices for different sizes and at different points of time. Prices may vary frequently depending on location, vendor(supplier/store partner) and at different times.

12. Product`s Standard for Colour and Sizes

Most of our products are in the category of live plants and decorative products made by artisans so the sizes, colour, finishing and texture may vary within the same delivery lot for different units.

EACH HANDICRAFT PRODUCT IS MADE BY A SKILLED ARTISAN, NO TWO ARE EXACTLY ALIKE. THESE SLIGHT VARIATIONS IN PROPORTION AND SHAPE ARE WHAT MAKE YOUR PIECE TRULY UNIQUE—A TESTAMENT TO ITS HANDMADE ORIGIN AND THE CARE PUT INTO ITS CREATION.

13. Feedback and Reviews

Our content team evaluates, reviews and moderate every customer review that is submitted. Treetenz retains the right to publish or not to publish the reviews and to moderate them. Treetenz retains the right, any remark/feedback may be accepted, rejected, moderated, monitored, edited, or removed at the discretion of Treetenz. By submitting a name with any comments, you give Treetenz permission to use it. You promise not to impersonate any individual or organization, use a dummy email address, or otherwise give false information about the source of any comments you make. The content of any comments you submit is entirely your responsibility, and you promise to hold Treetenz and its affiliates/service provider harmless.

14. Jurisdiction

The applicable laws of India shall govern the interpretation of this User Agreement. Any proceedings resulting from this agreement will be exclusively subject to the jurisdiction of the Pune courts. Any disagreement or disagreement between the parties over any of the terms of this User Agreement, whether in interpretation or otherwise, will be directed to an impartial arbiter selected by Treetenz Private Limited, whose ruling will be final and enforceable against the parties. The Arbitration and Conciliation Act of 1996, as amended from time to time, shall govern the aforementioned arbitration. Pune will be the hosting place for the arbitration. Only the Court of Judicature in Pune will have jurisdiction, and Indian law would be followed.

15. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Our total and maximum liability to you for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the product or service.

16. Changes in Terms and Conditions

Treetenz has the right to change this Terms & Conditions of Use without giving you advance notice. The latest version of these terms and conditions available on the website. The Terms & Conditions should be reviewed by the user on a regular basis. You should stop using the service if you don't agree with the updated terms and conditions. Nevertheless, you will be considered to have accepted and complied with the updated Terms & Conditions of Use of this Site if you keep using the service.

17. Termination

As long as you stop using this site going forward, you can end this user agreement whenever you want. Treetenz has the right to end this User Agreement at any time, without prior notice, and to prevent you from using the Site as a result.

18. Vertical Garden Set and other services

It is to be noted that vertical garden setup and other services are not the in-house products and services of Treetenz Private Limited. Treetenz is facilitator for the customer to bring quality services to our customer.
